IHG® Rewards Club Access is a benefit of IHG® Rewards Club, exclusively for members in the IHG® Rewards Club program. IHG® Rewards Club Access is a redemption platform which allows IHG® Rewards Club members to redeem points for unique rewards through the IHG® Rewards Club Access website. A 'reward' is defined as any item, event, experience, or travel that is offered for bid now or redeem now on the IHG® Rewards Club Access website. Participation in IHG® Rewards Club Access constitutes your acknowledgment and acceptance of IHG® Rewards Club’s Membership Terms and Conditions, IHG® Rewards Club Access terms and conditions, and any and all terms and conditions applicable to the item which the member is bidding on or redeeming for. IHG® Rewards Club may at any time amend, modify, supplement, or cancel any terms and conditions applicable to IHG® Rewards Club Access or any IHG® Rewards Club Access activity, and your continued participation will constitute your acceptance of any such amendment, modification, supplementation or cancellation.
You must be an IHG® Rewards Club member at time of redemption or bidding to participate. Your account must be in good standing, and you must have a valid IHG® Rewards Club account, password and email address to participate. If this information is not updated in your member profile, please update prior to placing any bids or redeeming for rewards. IHG® Rewards Club reserves the right to disqualify any participant who tampers with or abuses any aspect of IHG® Rewards Club Access, or who fails to comply with any of the terms and conditions set out herein.
- You may only redeem or bid on rewards made available through an IHG® Rewards Club Access if you have the required number of points for the opening bid or any subsequent bid you place in your IHG® Rewards Club Account at time of bidding. You cannot top up your account to bid on an IHG® Rewards Club Access reward on the IHG® Rewards Club Access website. However, you can purchase or transfer points from one IHG® Rewards Club account to another at IHGRewardsClub.com. Click here for full details on point purchases and transfers. NOTE – there is a limit in the Membership Terms and Conditions so a member can only purchase so many points per year.
- You will be disqualified from winning and claiming your reward if your account does not have sufficient points within 7 days of the reward closing.
- All confirmed bids made are final. No changes to confirmed bids will be made. No refunds on winning bids or redemptions are permitted.
- In the event that points have not been properly debited from the member’s account at the time of redemption, points can be debited from the account at any time.
IHG® Rewards Club, in its sole discretion, shall create the reward packages and all components included in each individual offering. IHG® Rewards Club reserves the right to correct any typographical errors, including the opening bid, and to make changes, corrections or improvements to each reward, and to the description of each item, at any time without notice. - The winner of each reward will be determined by IHG® Rewards Club or its designee at their sole discretion based on the highest bid received prior to the final closing time of said reward. The IHG® Rewards Club computer is the official timekeeper for any IHG® Rewards Club Access rewards.
- Points will be deducted automatically from your account upon completion of the reward if you are the highest bidder at reward close. You will be disqualified from winning and claiming your reward if your account does not have sufficient points within seven (7) days of the reward closing. You will receive notification of your winning bid via email.
- In the event that two individuals each bid an equal number of points as their maximum bid for the same reward listing, and no other individual has entered a higher bid, the bid submitted first will be considered the winning bid based off the IHG® Rewards Club official computer.
- The winning bidder must comply with all terms and conditions applicable to the relevant reward item or experience, as well as all IHG® Rewards Club membership Terms and Conditions.
- The winning bidder may not resell items redeemed through IHG® Rewards Club Access, and may not re-market, resell or otherwise dispose of an experience without obtaining IHG® Rewards Club’s prior written consent. Any attempted or completed sale or barter of an IHG® Rewards Club Access reward or any of its components, including but not limited to flight voucher, hotel accommodations, event tickets. gift cards, or event access, will be void and the reward will be forfeited without any refund of points to the member. In addition, should a member be found in violation of IHG® Rewards Club's membership Terms and Conditions, IHG® Rewards Club can suspend or remove membership or cancel the IHG® Rewards Club member's account at any time with immediate effect and without written notice, at IHG® Rewards Club’s sole discretion. IHG® Rewards Club reserves the right to declare the winner or cancel the reward if unusual circumstances occur.
IHG® Rewards Club Access Rewards
- Members participating in IHG® Rewards Club Access agree and acknowledge that separate terms and conditions may apply to individual rewards and every component of the reward.
- All rewards made available for each listing are offered 'as is' without warranties of any kind, unless expressly stated in the individual listing description.
- Availability of all components of a reward are subject to change, and if any component becomes unavailable for any reason after the end of the listing’s time-period, IHG® Rewards Club reserves the right, at its discretion, to substitute a similar item or partially or fully refund points redeemed by the winning bidder.
- If the performance of any service or obligation of IHG® Rewards Club or any service provider making an item or experience available through IHG® Rewards Club Access, including any live experience, is prevented, delayed, restricted or interfered with by events or causes beyond their control, IHG® Rewards Club or the applicable service provider will not be liable for the performance affected by the prevention, delay, restriction, or interference. The member agrees that if any of these prevent their participation in a live experience, IHG® Rewards Club or the applicable service provider is not obligated to provide or recreate such live experience and IHG® Rewards Club reserves the right, at its discretion, to substitute a similar experience or partially or fully refund points redeemed by the winning bidder.
- When included in a package, the airfare credit is intended for United States domestic travel only. The IHG® Rewards Club member is responsible for booking air travel. Costs that exceed the value of the provided airfare credit are the responsibility of the member. Flight times and dates are subject to availability. Airfare credit is subject to the terms & conditions of the airline provider.
- Merchandise may not be returned or exchanged unless proven to be damaged or defective, and in either case must be returned within 30 days of delivery. Merchandise may only be shipped to a valid street address; no P.O. box delivery is permitted.
- All items contained in a package including but not limited to gift cards, tours and tickets to local attractions are final and cannot be exchanged for other rewards.
- All site references to performers and/or events are for informational purposes only, and are not intended to imply any affiliation with, sponsorship by, or approval of such performer or event.
Partners/Third Party Providers
- IHG® Rewards Club uses a third party technology supplier that holds data used in transaction processing in the U.S.
- As a winner accepting a reward offered by a third party partner or supplier, members enter into an agreement with the relevant supplier of the reward, and not with IHG® Rewards Club. Members expressly acknowledge and agree that partners are independent contractors and not employees or agents of IHG® Rewards Club. IHG® Rewards Club is not liable for the acts, errors, omissions, representations, warranties or negligence of the partners. IHG® Rewards Club shall not be responsible for or liable to you in connection with any restrictions, qualifications or other terms and conditions imposed by the partner on any reward items.
- As far as permissible by applicable law, IHG® Rewards Club hereby disclaims any liability, whether based on contract, tort, strict liability or otherwise, including without limitation liability for any direct, punitive, special, consequential, incidental or indirect damages, in connection with the rewards provided by any partner through IHG® Rewards Club Access, including without limitation liability for any act, error, omission, injury, loss, accident, delay or irregularity that may be incurred through the fault, negligent or otherwise, of such partner and you hereby expressly exonerate IHG® Rewards Club from any liability with respect to the same. To the extent permitted by law, IHG® Rewards Club excludes all liability to you or any other person of whatsoever nature with respect to any negligence, willful misconduct, poor service or other breach of obligation arising out of the provision or failure to provide the services by or on behalf of a partner.
By participating in IHG® Rewards Club Access, you agree to receive notifications about IHG® Rewards Club Access via email, phone, or both. You hereby consents to receive electronic communications, including reward confirmation from IHG® Rewards Club. In addition, you agree to send information to suppliers or service providers if expressly required for reward fulfilment, or in the case of travel, should schedule changes occur.

NEITHER IHG® REWARDS CLUB NOR ANYONE ELSE INVOLVED IN CREATING, PRODUCING OR DELIVERING IHG® REWARDS CLUB ACCESS, OR ANY ITEM, EXPERIENCE OR SERVICE RELATED THERETO, SHALL BE LIABLE FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, EXEMPLARY OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF ANY USE OF THE IHG® REWARDS CLUB ACCESS SITE, OR ANY AUCTION ITEM OR EXPERIENCE, OR THE INABILITY TO USE THE SITE, PARTICIPATE IN IHG® REWARDS CLUB ACCESS, OR CLAIM ANY AUCTION ITEM OR EXPERIENCE. IHG® Rewards Club’s failure to act with respect to a breach by you or others does not waive its right to act with respect to subsequent or similar breaches.
Any disputes arising out of or related to IHG® Rewards Club Access or any individual reward shall be handled individually, and shall be governed by, construed and enforced in accordance with the laws of the State of Georgia.
